Alpha pH 2000 pH/ORP

These 1/4-DIN controllers are full-featured, high

performance products. With pulse frequency and pulse

length proportional control programs for two control

relays and on/off (with adjustable dead bands) control,

these controllers will easily tackle most applications with

precise reliable control. In addition these controllers have

separate alarm function with timed delay, a HOLD

function to tie in a float or flow switch or other control

device to lock out control functions if chemical feed levels

are low, the process is stopped, if another control

function from a second controller is active, or there is a

safety issue. The large LCD displays both measured

parameter and temperature simultaneously.

Alpha pH 1000 pH/ORP

Alpha pH 200 pH/ORP

This isolated output 4-20mA industrial transmitter is a

sturdy microprocessor-based instrument that measures

pH and temperature and transmits its output via the 2-

wire power supply loop. Microprocessor based alpha pH

500 is both a pH /ORP transmitter, can be configured via

key -pad to operate in pH, ORP (mV) modes.

Symmetrical operation eliminates fluctuation in readings

due to noise. 1/4 DIN size offers flexibility to mount on all

or in a control panel.

digit LED display is bright,

clear and easy to read, even at a distance. Two Single Pole

Double Throw (SPDT) relays are provided for limit control

operations. Peripheral devices are protected by the

'Hysteresis' function, which prevents relay chattering.

Full scale 4-20mA galvanically isolated current output is

available for process control.

Temperature Compensation

is both automatic and

manual. LCD has primary

and secondary display for

simultaneous pH or ORP and

temperature. It allows user to select USA or pH buffer

standards during calibration. It has got ability to set a time

delay up to 2000 seconds, which eliminates unneeded

control, prevents false alarm and makes it ideal for plant

environments. Backlit display ensures easy reading even

in the dark. UV light protection minimizes adverse effect

of exposure to sunlight.
